If you or someone you know likes owls then this owls in a tree desk clock is for you or a great gift for someone you know. This was handmade from cherry wood that was cut by hand using a scroll saw. The owls are sitting next to each other like best friends on a limb in a tree in this scene that is encased in a oval shaped frame.

The 1-7/16 inch quartz clock insert features a white face with black Arabic numbers, glass lens, and gold plated bezel trim. Clock has battery installed and is ready to be activated.

This owl clock cherry wood has my special home brew finish of natural non-toxic bees wax and mineral oil. This finish give the wood a soft silky feel and will protect it for many years of enjoyment.

Setting up your clock:

First you will need to gently pry it free from the recess hole being careful not to dent or gouge the surrounding wood. Once you have the clock insert out, there will be a small plastic clip in the clock setting pin. Pull pin outward and remove the plastic clip, set clock to your chosen time, and then push the setting dial / pin back in and your clock will start. Remove protective film on clocks glass face.. then gently press the clock back into the recessed area....

I find it easier to insert it on an angle with the left side ( opposite of the setting pin ) pushed into the recessed part and then push toward the side while lowering the right side into the recessed area
